We sell gold and silver cable-chain charm bracelets in the length you choose, with charms you pick and place yourself. You design your bracelet in our online editor, which shows the bracelet, each charm and the price as you build it, and place an order through checkout, where you must tick a box to accept these terms before you can pay. A contract is formed when your payment has been confirmed, and we send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Please check that your design, contact details and shipping address are correct before paying.
We reserve the right to cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
All prices are in Icelandic krónur (ISK), and you are charged in ISK. Prices are final. inner ehf. is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. A bracelet costs 2.990 kr and each charm 790 kr. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Payments are processed by Borga. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card is charged when you complete the order. Card details are entered directly into the payment provider's secure form and are never sent to or stored by us.
We ship to Iceland and abroad. Each bracelet is assembled to order and shipped within 3 business days of payment and sent with Pósturinn. In Iceland you can choose a letter (3–5 business days, no tracking) or a tracked parcel to a Póstbox or post office (1–3 business days). Abroad you can choose a small packet (1–3 weeks, no tracking) or a tracked parcel (1–2 weeks). Delivery times are estimates from dispatch. You choose the method at checkout, and its cost is added to your order and shown before you pay. The prices below are for one bracelet; a larger order can cost more to ship by weight.

The risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered. Orders shipped outside Iceland may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country, which are paid by the recipient.
Every bracelet is made to your own design. Under Article 18 of the Icelandic Act on Consumer Contracts No. 16/2016, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, so we cannot accept returns of bracelets simply because you changed your mind.
You can cancel an order free of charge until it has been dispatched by emailing hello@charmed.is with your order number. We refund the full amount to the original payment method.
If your bracelet arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo. We will repair or replace it, or refund you, at no cost to you, including return shipping. Your statutory rights under the Icelandic Consumer Sales Act No. 48/2003 are not limited by these terms.
Refunds are made to the card or wallet used for the purchase, normally within 14 days of our approving the refund.

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Icelandic Act on Data Protection and the Processing of Personal Data No. 90/2018.
What we collect. The name, email address and shipping address you enter at checkout, your bracelet design and order history. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and never reach us.
Why. To process, ship and support your order (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep accounting records as required by the Icelandic Bookkeeping Act No. 145/1994 (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with. Only the processors needed to fulfil your order: our payment provider Borga and its card acquirer, the shipping carrier (Pósturinn), and our hosting and email providers. Orders shipped outside the EEA share your address with the carrier in the destination country, which is necessary to deliver the order.
How long. Order and accounting records are kept for seven years as the law requires. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for your order.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to or restrict its processing, by emailing hello@charmed.is. We do not use cookies for tracking; the site only stores your bag in your browser. You can complain to the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd, personuvernd.is).
These terms are governed by Icelandic law. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can refer it to the Icelandic Complaints Committee on the Purchase of Goods and Services (Kærunefnd vöru- og þjónustukaupa). Any court proceedings are brought before the District Court of Reykjavík (Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur).
